Lemon and Ginger Fizz

Quarter 2 slices of cucumber and place into a shaker.

Add 8-10 mint leaves, 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice and muddle. Add 100ml of our chilled Cloudy Lemon and shake vigourously.

Strain over ice and top up with 150ml of chilled Fevertree Ginger Ale.

Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and a slice of lime to serve.
