Spiced Honey Rum Liqueur

Another collaboration with Louise Bee's from Somerset. Somerset Bees' Honey comes from hives in the villages and hamlets surrounding Frome. The bees feed all summer on flowers from the gardens, hedgerows and trees. Each day the colony chooses which source of nectar to forage, so the final honey contains a mix of all these flavours and differs from hive to hive.

Blended with spiced Somerset Honey Rum, sweet, smooth and delicious. Made for a sip at the end of a long sunny day, or lightly warmed through on a cold winter's evening as a hot toddy with a slice of lemon. 

Our honey Rum is sweet, smooth and full of honey flavour with mead like qualities.
