How to make the perfect Elderflower Spritz:
Fill a large wine glass with ice
Add 50ml Friary Elderflower Gin Liqueur
Top with chilled prosecco (around 75ml)
Finish with a splash of soda water
Gently stir and garnish with fresh mint and a slice of lemon.
