Still Sisters Somerset Cider Apple Gin

Our Somerset Dry Gin is distilled using the traditional London Dry method in our 50-litre copper still in Frome. This Gin pays homage to its roots in Somerset; it doffs its cap to the London Dry method but celebrates all things Somerset. Nothing conjures the magic of Somerset more than its orchards adorned with Somerset cider apples. The apples are picked from local orchards in Somerset; our first batch comes from the wonderful Perry’s Orchard.

When creating our Somerset Cider Apple Gin, we looked no further than Somerset’s own Dabinett apple. This bittersweet apple is perfect for Gin, as it provides a well balanced, fresh and crisp taste. The apples are pulped and juiced before being combined with 9 other botanicals in our copper still Storm and then proudly distilled by two sisters in Frome, Somerset.
