The dreaded clock change has happened and the nights are drawing in. I'm still doing the "well technically it's actually 12.30, so I'm going to have my lunch now", or "really it's 6 o'clock in the evening, so pass me my Raspberry and Mint Fizz please". I'm not sure how long I can make that last for but I'll take advantage while I can. We've given you a fab Halloween cocktail idea but what about Bonfire Night? I imagine toasting marshmallows on the bonfire (if Health and Safety allow you to get close enough) with a hot chocolate in hand....
