A Trip to Cheddar
Posted by Kirsty Ralphs on
Today I've been lucky enough to be out and about meeting some of our lovely customers in Cheddar Gorge. It's a beautiful part of the country and it's on our doorstep. The Original Cheddar Cheese Company is a family run business offering lovely cheeses and carefully selected local produce. We consider ourselves incredibly lucky to be stocked in their shop! They've also included our Star Gift Bottles in their gorgeous hampers they have created. It really is a glorious place to visit, with mountain goats, cliffs and caves to explore. Unfortunately my photography (non) expertise doesn't spread to the mountain goats....

Summer Has Officially Started!
Posted by Kirsty Ralphs on

But I'm hearing you, it's lovely if you're able to cool off in the pool, or take a leisurely dip in the Sea but working 9-5 all day, glaring out of the window wishing you were somewhere else...not so fun. We recommend you make the most of these long, clear evenings by sitting out in your garden, feet dipped in the paddling pool, winding down with a Lilley's Bee Sting Cider and Raspberry Mint...

Have you been following our pages but not had the opportunity to sample the flavours? Maybe you'd like to try before you buy? Whilst we're confident you'll love our liqueurs, we completely understand your desire to test the quality of our products before committing to buying. Luckily for you we have a number of local events for you to visit. You can find out a bit more about us and sample some of our delicious flavours! Ran by one or more of our close knit team members, you'll get to know more about the source of the sauce... (sorry, bad pun I...

A short, sweet lesson in Science...
Posted by Kirsty Ralphs on
Whether you're an earth loving, soul searching, thing of nature, or just your general Joe Bloggs; you're more than likely aware of the significance of the Summer Solstice. Scientifically this is where The Sun reaches the highest point in the sky, blah blah blah.....and in layman's terms, means we will see the longest daylight hours!!! I, for one, am all for a longer day of sunshine. I personally won't be heading to Stonehenge to celebrate (maybe one year), but I do plan to spend the evening in my garden, relaxing with a nice tall glass of Raspberry Mint Liqueur, simply...
