Gin is definitely the "in drink" this summer and with World Gin Day on the 8th of June, what better excuse do you need?? Now I'm hoping this rainy weather is going to DO ONE and that in comes the glorious sunshine to take away these rainy day blues. This weekend we were lucky enough to have stalls at both Frome Cheese Show and Sturminster Cheese Show. Both events give us a great opportunity to showcase our fantastic range of delicious liqueurs, and also gives you guys the chance to sample these delights, obligation free!! Win win situation. Summer Has Officially Started!

21st June saw the official start of the Summer, and what a glorious week it has been so far. Blue skies and blazing Sun a plenty. But I'm hearing you, it's lovely if you're able to cool off in the pool, or take a leisurely dip in the Sea but working 9-5 all day, glaring out of the window wishing you were somewhere else...not so fun.  We recommend you make the most of these long, clear evenings by sitting out in your garden, feet dipped in the paddling pool, winding down with a Lilley's Bee Sting Cider and Raspberry Mint...

A short, sweet lesson in Science...

Whether you're an earth loving, soul searching, thing of nature, or just your general Joe Bloggs; you're more than likely aware of the significance of the Summer Solstice. Scientifically this is where The Sun reaches the highest point in the sky, blah blah blah.....and in layman's terms, means we will see the longest daylight hours!!!
