Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Well, after heading out for dinner last night, I was pleasantly surprised to see a Salted Caramel Espresso Martini on the cocktail menu. If only I wasn't driving, I'd have been all over that. 

However, it did inspire me to experiment here at Friary Drinks, with our own delicious Salted Caramel Liqueur, so I could give you guys an easy to follow recipe that will have your mouths watering. (You can thank me later). 

Who doesn't love an Espresso Martini?? Both delicious, and sometimes necessary if you're having a loll during your night in. And with the added sumptuous taste of Salted Caramel? To Die For! Here goes the recipe;

3 parts of our Caramel Liqueur/1 part Espresso. (It really is that simple). Mix it up!

For extra taste, and to create an impression that you are, of course, a cocktail barista, why not drizzle runny melted salted caramel chocolate around the rim of the glass? We recommend dark chocolate for a rich, intense flavour! Add a pinch of salt flakes to garnish.

This can be enjoyed, warm, room temperature or cool! So versatile :)

Believe me when I say, this is simply delicious! My guinea pigs here at the office have to agree. 

It's a hard life here, tasting our creations, but someone has to do it...sigh.
